  • Responsibility for Highways Liaison.

I have lived in this Parish for twenty years. I have been on the Parish Council for 14 years and have been the Chairman for 12 years.  My role is to Chair the monthly meetings, write reports for the Chalgrave News and present a report at our Annual Parish Assembly. I oversee the activities of the Parish Council.  My aim is to maintain and enhance the rural nature of our Parish, protect the Green Belt and Conservation Area – as well as improve services, roads, footpaths, etc. I am on the Planning, Speedwatch and Pond Committees.  I try to attend Central Beds. Council meetings and other meetings if they affect our Parish as well as respond to Consultations. I am often the first point of contact by residents if there is a problem in our Parish.
